A video showing the result of various obedience tests performed by Ellie.
She's looking quite miserable because (a) that's just how she tends to look, and (b) she's not used to training sessions being so quiet. However, the tests require that minimal cues are given. This means that in most cases, I can only give one voice command and nothing else.
I think Ellie thinks she's in trouble, because I'm not mu usual bubbly self during training. However, aside from that, I think she did great! Enjoy...

Nice work, great video!
I love how Ellie goes to her crate - what a sweetheart. And the train and siren sure provide some extra distraction on the stays!
I can't remember for sure, but I believe I found you through a comment you left on Barby and Xsara's blog. I've been silently lurking since then, watching Ellie's progress. I am a Silvia Trkman fan as well and will be making a 7 hour drive to go audit one of her seminars in the US this Saturday. Can't wait! I just wish I knew about it before all the working spots were filled so I could bring my beagle, Marvin.
Keep up the good work!
Jackie (and Diesel and Marvin)
hehe Thanks. There are a lot of you Beagle owners aren't there? :)
Quite a few people comment on the "In your tin" trick where she opens the door. It took about twenty minutes to teach her that, and it's just stuck ever since.
You're very lucky getting to attend a Silvia Trkman seminar. Would love to hear how it goes. You can bet your life that if she visits the UK, I'll be there. :)
Thanks for the kind words. Now you can cease to be a silent lurker. :)
Very nice video, Ellie is working really well (and, I have to admit, so are you).
I have to say it's kind of weird how you are willing to drive for several hours to see Silvia while people here really take her for granted ...
